Book Online

Here, you can select the room you want to book and pay online by credit or debit card.  We require a $150 deposit to hold your room.  Follow these steps to book your stay online:

 

1) Check our calendar to see if the room you want is available on the dates you desire.  To book, go to our Store, click on "Guest Room/Event Deposit" and select "Deposit to Hold Guest Room".  Follow the prompts to pay, and be sure to include the following information in the Notes section:

  • Room (or rooms) you are requesting
  • Dates you want to stay (check-in date and how many nights you would like to stay)

We cannot confirm your reservation without this information.

 

2) You should receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours.  If for some reason you do not hear from us, please email kristen@mountwelby.com.

 

3) If your desired room is not available on the dates you want, if you wish to pay over the phone instead of online, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 540-364-1727 or email kristen@mountwelby.com.

 

Room rates are based on double occupancy; more than two guests per room will incur an additional $25 per guest.  

 

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

 

Robes & Gift Cards

We have made our super comfy, custom embroidered, cotton robes available for purchase, so you can bring a little Black Dog Farm Inn home with you.  Go to our store and click on "Robes" for $89.  Robes are one size fits all.

 

If you would like to purchase a gift card, we can send it to you OR your selected gift recipient electronically. Go to our store and click on "Gift Cards".  There, you can select the room or rooms you want and the quantity.  Be sure to email us with instructions on where/how to send the gift card, and other specifics at kristen@mountwelby.com
